- Grind the biscuits into powder, either in a plastic bag using a rolling pin, or in a food processor.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter, then divide the mixture between the 4 jars and press down well with the back of a teaspoon to ensure an even level. Place in the fridge.
- Pour the fromage frais into a bowl, then add the Formula 1 Vanille Onctueuse and the Boisson Multi-Fibres. Blend with an electric mixer. Then add the semi-skimmed milk, honey and vanilla extract.
- Weigh the mixture and divide between 5 bowls. You should have around 385 g of mixture, or 77 g to pour into each bowl. Use a spatula to make sure you use all the mixture.
- Pour a few drops of the food colouring of your choice into each bowl, the aim being to obtain 5 different colours. The consistency should be that of a lightly whipped cream. If it's too thick, you won't be able to spread it. If it's too liquid, the layers will blend together.
- Arrange the coloured bowls in the order in which you are going to pour them into each jar. Start with the first colour, which will be at the bottom of the jar, then follow the order you have chosen until the last colour has been poured in.
- Remove the jars from the fridge and place them on your work surface.
- Use small freezer bags to pour the mixture into the jars. Take a pair of scissors and make a cut in one corner of the bag. Place the bag, cut corner down, in a shallow bowl and open the bag. This makes it easier to fill the bag.
- Using a spatula, transfer the first colour to the bag, then divide the contents evenly between the 4 jars. Use the back of a teaspoon to spread the mixture evenly over the crushed biscuits.
- Clean and dry the case, then pour the second colour into the case and divide the mixture between the 4 jars again, then spread gently, taking care not to mix the colours. You can clean the inside of the jars with absorbent paper if any of the colours stick out.
- Continue with the remaining 3 colours, cleaning and drying the bag, spatula and spoon in between. I prefer to clean my bag between each colour rather than use 5 bags.
- Finish with the top layer and place the cheesecakes in the fridge for about 1 hour. Once covered, they will keep perfectly well in the fridge overnight if you wish to prepare them in advance.
